The section of the site "follow a path ... find your recipe" not only wants to teach everyone the recipes, but also the best moments of the season to propose them, indicating in which places to look for those particular ingredients, which will be the main object of the recipes, as to make them become truly unique and special.
Therefore, taking care of the quality of the ingredients, typically Abruzzesi, rather than the complexity of the preparation, with our recipes we want to certify an expression of the territory’s gastronomic tradition.
Our recipes have been almost all handed down to us by our grandmothers, our parents, and it’s for this reason that they’re particularly suitable for home cooking. Simple and fast but also delicate and tasty, our recipes will bring the original spirit, flavors and traditions of Abruzzo in your homes.
