Light Recipe with radicchio and cheese

RADICCHIO IN OVEN

Serves 2 persons

 

 

(LIGHT RECIPE)

 

 

DIFFICULTY: easy

PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins.

COOKING TIME: 15 mins.

 

TOTAL TIME: 20 mins.

Ingredients

2 radicchio long leaf heads (about 600gr.)

extra virgin oil as needed

parmesan cheese in flakes or grated as needed

salt and pepper to taste 

 

Preparation

     Cut the radicchio heads in the longitudinal direction, wash them under cold running water and place them on a dry cloth.

     Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper and transfer the radicchio.

Half a tablespoon of oil on each piece of radicchio, then a pinch of salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

     Finally place the baking tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

 

 VARIANTS

The radicchio can also be prepared in the same way but pine nuts, or speck or minced walnuts can be added.
