Ingredients                                                    

100 gr. White Cabbage

100 gr. Endives

50 gr. Red Peppers

50 gr. Green Peppers

100 gr. Carrots

2 Tablespoons of dried Sesami seeds (20 gr. appr.)  

3 Tablespoons of hazelnuts (30 gr. appr.)

3 Tablespoons of almonds (30 gr. appr.)

2 Ripe Pears  (400 gr. appr.)

2 Tablespoons of extra virgin oil

Salt as needed

 

 

    The salad is prepared by washing and cutting into small pieces the raw cabbage, endive, and peppers before putting them all together into a bowl.

 

    Peel the carrots, wash them under running water, cut off the tips, cut them into thin slices and add them into the bowl.

 

    Add the hazelnuts and almonds. You can chop them if you prefer.

 

    Wash and peel the pears, cut them into small pieces and remove the petioles. Add them into the bowl.

 

    Finally add the oil and a pinch of salt.
